AFFFC is a non-profit organization, which was founded in 2004 in Augusta, GA by a slew of supporters internationally and nationally for the Reunification of Sylvernus Richard Osagu II. Sylvernus Richard Osagu II and his 17 year-old-sister at the time was wrongfully removed and detained by the Georgia Department of Human Resources, acting through the Richmond County Department of Family and children Services (DFCS), without due process of law. PROVIDED SERVICES AFFFC provides referral and non-referral services to individuals whose constitutional, civil, and fundamental rights have been deprived by local and state agencies. AFFFC provides the following services: Funeral & Burial Legal Financial Educational Transportation Child Care Adult Daycare Assisted Living Domestic Violence Transitional Living Skills Gainful Employment Skills Counseling (bereavement, parenting, anger management, domestic violence, HIV/AIDS, Alcohol and substance abuse). AFFFC will excecute it's mission by providing a vast array of services to help rebuild and strengthen the family unit. AFFFC will also excecute it's mission by exposing the oppressive hidden errors of private, local, state, and federal agencies that deprive families of their rights. AGENCY HISTORY AFFFC has taking on a variety of cases such as: The Reunification of Sylvernus Richard Osagu II as well as the reunification of other children throughout the nation. Currently fighting for the fundamental rights of Sylvernus Richard Osagu II family in the U.S. District Court in Northern Georgia (Atlanta). The funeral and burial expenses of a 4-month-old baby that was accidentally drowned on May 12, 2007. The funeral and burial expenses of a 10-year-old-boy that died in a house fire. Assist Latin Immigrants whose fundamental rights are constantly deprived and children put up for adoption by local and state agencies (Child Protective Services). Represent clients that have been denied for Adoption/Foster Care because of the deprivation of their fundamental rights by local, state, and out of state agencies.
	ORGANIZE CHILD KIDNAPPING AND ENDANGERMENT Child Kidnapping and endangerment are cruel acts that tears families, communities, social organizations, nations, and so forth apart. These type of crimes are taking very seriously in the United States of America. People that commit these type of crimes against children are punished severely in the United States. Agencies such as local, state and federal governments, medical providers, educators, social groups, and so forth are more so like watchdogs that protects children and families from such cruel crimes. These agencies react very forcefully and quickly to protect families and children in our country from such cruel acts. They help prosecute individuals that commit such hideous crimes against children and their families. When children are kidnapped, neglected, abused, and so forth by local, state, and/or federal agencies, of whom, do families and children turn to for protection? When cruel acts against children and their families are committed by Child Protective Service (CPS) and it's affiliates nothing happens. No one is prosecuted for such hideous crimes. The individuals that commit these types of crimes are protected and their crimes are covered up by the CPS worker, Juvenile Courts, Psychologist, and other affiliates of CPS. Where is justice for the children and their families when DFCS and its affiliates commit these types of crimes?
